I have lived in McPherson since 1982 and have been involved in real estate since 1992. My husband, Bruce and I have been in the rental business since 1980. I was a credit manager for the local gas company for 6 years. I have been an active member of the McPherson Chamber of Commerce since 2001 and have served on 2 boards. I am also serving as a director for the McPherson MLS. During my spare time I enjoy walking, watching TV, and entertaining family and friends. I have worked at Ellene McKean & Associates since July 2003 as the office assistant. I have also acquired my Kansas Real Estate license. I was awarded the 2007 Rookie of the Year by my peers. I am currently serving as a director on the McPherson MLS Board and was the 2009 President of McPherson Main Street. I am also on the Woman and Children Combating Cancer (WACCC) committee and was in the 2009 Leadership McPherson class. I grew up in Canton and graduated from Canton-Galva High School. From there I went to Hutchinson Community College and graduated with an Associates Degree in Business Management. I currently live in McPherson with my husband, Shannon, and our boys, Gavin & Drew. I am a member of the Canton United Methodist Church and enjoy playing bunco, fishing, and spending time with family in my spare time. I am excited that I have joined Ellene McKean & Associates as a Realtor and Property Manager. After working for a commercial real estate and property management company in Wichita, Kansas, for more than 4 years, I decided to move back to my native area to be closer to family. I graduated from Canton-Galva High School in 2001, and continued on with my education. I graduated from Wichita State University in 2005 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Management. I currently live in McPherson with my two children. Any spare time that I get, I enjoy swimming and camping, as well as, spending as much time with my kids as possible!
